I became passionate about health and wellness at a young age and obtained degrees in psychology, nutrition, and nursing. Because of my own health struggles, I continued to dive into all things health to improve my life and that of my family. After experiencing the amazing effects of Iasis on my own well-being and that of my family, I started Reclaimed Mind to share it with those in my community.
